I read this yesterday right before I got sunscreen in my contact lens and basically couldn't see at all! I might be the first to die in the apocalypse....
My only apocalypse training has included staying fit so I can run from zombies. I can teach you how to sew if you want, but I think sewing machines might be obsolete in the apocalypse unless we can solar power them. I have faith that you could sew by hand if you tried <3
